In short. We ask for an email address only if you want the free Quiet Time Starter Pack. Survey answers are anonymous. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Calm Kids Sensory, together with its book imprint PikMe Publishing, makes low-stimulation coloring books and printable pages. We operate calmkidssensory.com from Israel, and our visitors are mainly in the United States and Europe. You can reach us at explore@calmkidssensory.com.
We do not ask for children's names, birth dates, photos, or any payment details on this site.
You can choose Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook instead of typing your email. When you do, we ask the provider for your email address only. We do not receive your password. We do not store your name, profile photo, friends list, or any other information from your account. We use the email in the same way as one you typed yourself.
The sign-in scripts from Google and Meta load when the signup box comes into view on a page. When they load, the provider may receive your IP address and basic browser details, as with any website you visit. Their own policies explain what they do with that information: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. You can always use the email box instead.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form and can withdraw at any time. Withdrawing does not affect anything we sent before.
We do not sell or rent your information. Your email and survey answers are stored in Google Sheets in our Google Workspace account, and our emails are sent through Google. These providers process data for us under their own terms. Our pages are hosted on GitHub Pages and use fonts from Google Fonts, so those services see your IP address when a page loads.
When you click through to buy a book on Amazon, Etsy, or Gumroad, you leave this site. Those companies handle your order and payment under their own privacy policies, and we do not receive your card details.
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels. If we add any, we will update this page first.
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Anonymous survey answers may be kept for as long as they help us plan new pages.
Because we are in Israel and use Google services, your information may be processed in Israel, the United States, and other countries where those providers operate.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To unsubscribe from our emails, reply with the word unsubscribe. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also object to our use of your information and complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know about and delete your personal information, and we do not sell or share it.
To use any of these rights, email explore@calmkidssensory.com from the address you signed up with. We reply within 30 days.

Survey answers are anonymous, so we cannot tell which answers are yours. They contain no email address or name.
Calm Kids Sensory is written for parents, teachers, and caregivers. Our signup forms are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
